From the start, Hutchins built its reputation on disciplined execution, continuously mobilizing experienced crews, navigating complex site conditions, and delivering reliable results on some of the industry’s most technically demanding builds. That operational identity has remained intact through continued growth and the division’s integration into UniTek Global Services.
Today, Hutchins operates as UniTek’s go-to division for coast-to-coast, high-complexity, and data infrastructure construction. Its expanded western arm, Hutchins Telecom West, is headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, and deepens the division’s reach across the Southwest, California, and the Pacific Northwest.

Known for a practical leadership approach grounded in accountability and consistent execution, Rodger brings the same operational discipline to western markets that Hutchins applies across every program nationwide.
