Commercial General Liability (Minimum Limits)

$1,000,000 Occurrence/ $2,000,000 Aggregate.
Per Project/ Per Location Aggregate will apply separately.
Coverage shall be written on ISO Occurrence form CG 00 01 (10-01)
General Contractor, Owner and all other parties of the General Contractor will be included as insureds on the General Liability Policy, using the ISO Additional Insured Endorsement CG 2037 or a manuscript endorsement providing similar wording and coverage. The Additional Insured Endorsement will apply on a Primary and Non-Contributing basis before any other insurance including self-insurance or deductibles.
The Subcontractor will maintain General Liability coverage for itself and all additional insureds for the duration of the entire project and maintain Completed Operations coverage for itself and each additional insured for at least 3 years after completion of the project.

Automobile

Commercial Auto Liability limits of $1,000,000 each accident.
Commercial Auto Coverage must include coverage for liability arising out of all owned, leased, hired and non-owned automobiles.
General Contractor, Owner and all other parties will be included as additional named insureds on the automobile policy.
