Built in the Field

UniTek was shaped in the field, not in the boardroom. The way we build teams, approach projects, and stay accountable comes from real-world experience, not theory.

Today, UniTek operates as one of the nation’s fastest-growing privately held broadband infrastructure companies, with the scale to execute national builds across the U.S. and Canada, the regional depth to execute them well, and a leadership team that has been doing this work for decades.

Meet Our Executive Team

UniTek’s executive leadership is built on experience, but it’s defined by how that experience is used. This is a team that understands the industry from the ground up; they’ve worked in the field, led crews, managed complex builds, and carried responsibility for outcomes that matter.

Just as important, this team understands that strong execution comes from strong people. At UniTek, leadership is not concentrated at the top. It is developed, supported, and expected across the organization. Our executives invest in the people doing the work, building teams that are equipped, accountable, and trusted to perform. They prioritize training, mentorship, and real-world development because they know the quality of the work depends on the strength of the workforce behind it.

This approach creates a culture where leadership is not just a title, it is something that is built and carried forward at every level of the company. The result is an organization led by people who know the work, respect the people doing it, and are committed to building both.

Execution

This is where projects succeed or fall apart. UniTek brings the crews, coordination, and structure needed to keep work moving from start to finish without gaps or delays.

Coast-to-Coast Reach & Local Execution. Zero Compromise.

UniTek is positioned to deliver across a North American footprint with the resource depth and localized teams needed to execute complex builds with the oversight, control, and accountability they demand.

Five specialized divisions form the foundation of our operating model, each driven by hands-on leadership, proven crews, and deep regional familiarity. These divisions aren’t regional franchises, they are fully integrated parts of a single operational team, unified under the same safety, quality, and reporting expectations.

What that means for your project:

At UniTek, safety and quality are built into the work. Every crew, every project, and every phase operates under the same clear standards.

UniTek’s values show up in every aspect of business. They are demonstrated in:

  • How we staff projects
  • How we communicate with clients
  • How we respond when things get complicated
  • How we hold every crew member accountable to the same standard, regardless of project size or location.

Safety is the non-negotiable foundation of every UniTek project, because our leaders, our crews, and our clients depend on it. Our teams start and finish every job with the same clear expectation: everyone goes home safe, every day.

UniTek sees every project through from start to finish. From the first meeting to final validation, dedicated project managers provide a single point of accountability and keep communication clear. We handle the coordination so our clients don’t have to.

Our clients keep communities and businesses running. We build the networks behind that work and take that responsibility seriously, delivering work we’re proud to stand behind because people depend on it.

We don’t settle for “good enough.” At UniTek, we invest in our people and how we work so we keep getting better, project after project. You see it in how we hire, train, measure performance, and make course corrections when needed.

UniTek’s crews are made up of skilled professionals who take pride in their work, and we invest accordingly. In 2025, UniTek was recognized as a Certified Amazing Workplace, with 91% of employees reporting they are happy or very happy at work, more than double the national average. That’s not by chance. It reflects a leadership team that listens, a culture that respects the work, and a belief that great projects start with great people.

Results matter. UniTek delivers consistent production at scale, backed by real numbers, industry recognition, and repeat client partnerships.

One partner. Full accountability. Proven execution at scale.

Clients choose UniTek when the work needs to move without delays, gaps, or confusion. Too many projects slow down under multiple vendors, unclear ownership, and missed handoffs. We bring it all together under one accountable team, so work stays on track, problems get solved, and timelines hold.

What Sets UniTek Apart

UniTek’s leadership team brings decades of real-world telecom construction experience. Decisions around safety, staffing, and execution come from time in the field, not theory.

No gaps between phases. No finger-pointing between contractors. One team owns the work from kickoff through final validation, with a dedicated project manager accountable for results.

11,000+ miles of fiber constructed in 2024. 13M+ feet of drops installed. 300+ mainline crews, 200+ drop crews, 100+ splicing crews in the field.  This is real production. Not projected capacity.

With 60+ locations across the U.S. and Canada, crews mobilize quickly and execute with local knowledge while maintaining consistency across large, multi-state or regional jobs.

Clients don’t just hire UniTek for one project. They bring us back because the work gets done right, communication stays clear, and there are no surprises.
