UniTek Global Services has received multiple Amazing Workplace recognitions for high levels of employee happiness, satisfaction, and HR compliance.

The recognitions follow an anonymous Employee Happiness Conversation conducted by Amazing Workplace. Through that process, UniTek employees were invited to share confidential feedback about their workplace experience. The results showed that 91% of UniTek employees reported being happy or very happy at work.

This result placed UniTek well above the required thresholds for several Amazing Workplace awards and certifications, including the Distinguished Workplace Happiness Award, Workplace Happiness Award, Certified Amazing Workplace, Certified Compliant Amazing Workplace, and Amazing Workplace Recognition.

Employee Happiness Across UniTek Global Services

UniTek Global Services is an infrastructure services company supporting telecommunications, broadband, power, and related construction services across the United States and Canada. With approximately 600 employees and more than 60 office and yard locations, UniTek provides field services through its operating divisions, including CI Services, Graycliff Enterprises, Hutchins Telecom, SDT Solutions, and Wirecomm.

Certified Amazing Workplace

Certified Amazing Workplaces are recognized for above-average levels of satisfaction and happiness. This certification is awarded to organizations where 70% or more of employees are independently verified as satisfied, happy, or very happy at work.

Certified Compliant Amazing Workplace

UniTek was also recognized as a Certified Compliant Amazing Workplace. This certification recognizes organizations that have achieved above-average levels of satisfaction and happiness while also completing an independent review of HR compliance.

The certification confirms that an employer’s HR compliance controls, processes, procedures, and documents were reviewed and verified against current federal, state, and local laws. The review includes areas such as handbooks, policies, wage and hour practices, timekeeping, posters and notices, safety, hiring, separation practices, training, recordkeeping, and related HR compliance topics.
