Graycliff Enterprises, Inc. Added To UniTek Family Of Companies

On August 17, 2018 UniTek Global Services, Inc. completed the purchase of assets of both Graycliff Enterprises, Inc. (“Graycliff”) and Hutchins Telecom, LLC. (“Hutchins”).  Graycliff is headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina and Hutchins is headquartered in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.  These companies are providers of engineering, construction, installation and maintenance services in broadband fiber and wireless technologies. Graycliff also has a locate and structured cabling division.
